Our goal is to get the best yarn for your project into your hands.
If an item you received isn’t what you were looking for you may return or exchange it within ninety (90) days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging for a full refund. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns of patterns, books, gift certificates, discontinued merchandise, sale merchandise, yarn that has been wound or used, or knitting needles and crochet hooks that have been used.
If you would like to return or exchange any items from your order please email us at returns (at) liftbridgeyarns.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on return shipping.

How to Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.
As soon as your return is received and the refund is issued we will get in touch to let you know that it has been processed.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost or the return shipping unless the return has been caused by our error.
A note on color:
Every effort is made to present colors on our site accurately. Because yarn has different dye lots and because computer monitors render color differently, color variations may occur. If the color of your purchased item(s) is not to your liking when you receive your order please return your item(s) as described above.
